What every listing includes.
The same on every plan and pack. One listing is one property.
Photos: up to 60
Every photo edited full-size: brightness and exposure, white balance and color casts, straightening a tilted phone, holding back bright windows, gentle sharpening.
Nothing added, removed or moved. No virtual staging, sky swaps or object removal. California's AB 723 says listing photos changed beyond routine edits like these must carry a disclosure and a way to see the original (in force since January 2026), so by default we only make the routine ones.realestate.com.au requires AI-edited images to be clearly disclosed, and a photo must never mislead under the Australian Consumer Law, so by default we only make the routine ones.A listing photo must never mislead under UK consumer-protection law (DMCC Act 2024), so by default we only make the routine ones. Tidy-upSoon, included. If you choose it, up to 10 photos a listing get small loose clutter cleared: bins, cords, things on counters, floors and beds, and cars in the driveway if you tick it. Never walls, floors, fixtures, views or damage, and nothing is ever added. Each tidied photo is labelled "Virtually tidied — see original" with a link to a public page of the originals, and the originals are in your zip.
Files ready for your MLSportal upload
JPEG, up to 3,000 px on the long side (smaller originals keep their size), usually under 5 MB each. That fits the upload limits of most MLSs; check yours.realestate.com.au and Domain.Rightmove and Zoopla.

A fair-housingcompliance check
Every line is checked for wording about people instead of the property (familial status, age, religion, disability and the restage, family status, religion, disability and the rest: anti-discrimination lawage, family status, religion, disability and the rest: the Equality Act 2010) and for claims that aren't in your facts, like schools, distances or views. Anything flagged comes out and goes on a "please check" list with the reason.

Not included
Virtual staging, twilight, sky or lawn replacement, item removal, floor plans, video, and posting to listing sites for you (see the question below).

Can it post my listing to Zillow, Realtor.com or Redfin?
Not directly. There's no public way for an app to post an agent's listing straight to Zillow, Realtor.com or Redfin: they take listings from your MLS (syndication). So we make the listing MLS-ready: one-click copy for each field and one photo download, sized and numbered in order for MLS upload. Put it in your MLS once, and Zillow, Realtor.com and Redfin pick it up from there.
Can it post my listing to realestate.com.au or Domain?
Not directly. Listings go up through your CRM or the portal's agent admin, so we make everything ready to paste: one-click copy for each field and one photo download, numbered in order for upload.

What counts as one listing?
One property: up to 60 photos and one set of copy, with 2 free rewrites if the facts change.
How many photos can I upload?
Up to 60 a listing, all edited full-size. The free sample does 3.
What happens to listings I don't use on a plan?
They roll over, up to 2 months' worth: 4 on Agent, 12 on Pro. If you cancel, you keep the plan's listings until the end of the period you paid for. Pack credits never expire.
How do I cancel a plan?
On your account page, press "Cancel plan", then confirm on the secure Stripe page. Two clicks. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews after that.
What if I need more listings in a month?
On a plan, an extra listing is $19 and never expires. Without a plan, one listing is $39.
Does yearly billing save anything?
Yes: you pay for 10 months and get 12. Agent is $390 a year and Pro is $990 a year, with listings added each month.
Do pack credits expire?
No. Use them whenever you list.
