These terms are between you and Glisten, the trading name of an Australian business ("we"). By using glistenhq.com you agree to them. If you use Glisten for a team or brokerage, you agree on its behalf. Questions go to hello@glistenhq.com.

What Glisten does

Glisten edits listing photos and writes listing copy for real estate agents: MLS public remarks, a headline, a website description, feature bullets and social captions, plus a list of things to check. Photo editing runs in your browser. The copy is drafted by an AI writing service from the facts and photos you give us.

You review everything before you publish

• The copy is a draft. You're responsible for checking it is accurate and for everything you publish, in the MLS, on websites and on social media.
• You're responsible for following your MLS's rules and fair-housing law. Our word check flags phrases that commonly cause trouble, but it can miss things and it isn't legal advice.
• Only give us facts you know to be true. We write from what you tell us and what the photos show.

Photo edits are light corrections only

We adjust light, color, straightness and sharpness. Nothing is added, removed or moved in any photo, so it still shows the property as it is. This keeps edits within disclosure rules such as California's AB 723 on altered listing images. If you edit photos further elsewhere, those edits and any disclosure they need are your responsibility.

Your content

You keep all rights to your photos and facts, and you confirm you have the right to use them (for example, the photographer's permission). You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. The copy we write for you is yours to use.

Acceptable use

Don't use Glisten to describe a property falsely, to discriminate, for anything unlawful, or to upload photos you don't have the right to use. Don't try to get around the free sample limits, overload the service, or access other people's accounts. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card statement shows GLISTEN.

• Listing packs are one-off purchases. Their listing credits never expire.
• Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page, and your plan then runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Unused plan listings roll over while the plan is active (up to the limit on the pricing page) and end with the plan. Extra listings bought on a plan never expire.
• Each listing includes free rewrites, as shown on the pricing page.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Availability

We work to keep Glisten running and fast, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost commissions or sales), and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Glisten at any time. Cancelling a plan doesn't remove pack credits you've already paid for. We may close accounts that break these terms; if we close yours without good reason, we'll refund unused credits.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for meaningful changes, email account holders before they take effect. Using Glisten after that means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If you're a consumer, you also keep any rights the laws where you live give you.
