Your agents still need listings you won't be booked for: the quick rentals, the price drops, the re-lists. Point them to Glisten and earn 25% of everything they pay us for their first 12 months.
How it works.
For example: an agent on the Pro plan pays $99 a month, so you earn $24.75 a month, $297 over their first year. An agent who buys a 10-listing pack ($299) earns you $74.75.
What you share.
- Your own link (glistenhq.com/?ref= and your code), remembered on the agent's device for 90 days
- Once an agent tries the free sample or buys through it, they're yours for their first 12 months
- A dashboard with your sign-ups, what you've earned each month and every payout
- Nothing to sell: agents try it free first, with no card

Won't this take shoots away from me?
Glisten is for the listings agents shoot on their own phone anyway: rentals, lower-priced homes, quick turnarounds. Your professional shoots stay the right choice for the listings that matter most. You can also use your free listings to add MLS remarks and captions to your own deliveries.
Does Glisten fake rooms or add things?
No. By default it only fixes light, color and straight lines. Tidy-up is optional and only clears small loose clutter; it never adds anything or changes the property, and every tidied photo is labelled with a link to its original (California AB 723).
When and how do I get paid?
We add up each month's earnings at the start of the next month. Once your balance passes $50 we pay it, usually by PayPal, within 30 days. Your dashboard shows every line. Refunded payments come off the balance.
Who can join?
Real estate photographers and media businesses who work with listing agents. We read every application by hand and reply within two business days.
