Partner terms.

Who can join

Real estate photographers and media businesses who work with listing agents. You apply on our partners page and we approve each application by hand. We can decline an application without giving a reason.

What you earn

• 25% commission on what each agent you refer pays us (packs, plans, renewals and extra listings) during the 12 months from that agent's first payment, after any refunds and chargebacks and excluding taxes.
• 2 free listings a month on your own Glisten account while you're an active partner. They arrive at the start of each calendar month (UTC), don't roll over, have no cash value and can't be transferred or resold.

Who counts as your referral

• An agent counts as yours when they first try the free sample or buy through your link (glistenhq.com/?ref= and your code). The link is remembered on their device for 90 days.
• Once an agent's account is linked to a partner, it stays with that partner. If two partners' links were used, the first one counts.
• Your own account, and accounts you control, don't earn commission.
• Only real payments count. Test payments, free listings and refunded payments earn nothing; a refund or chargeback after we've paid you comes off your next payout.

Payouts

• Your dashboard shows each month's earnings, payouts and your balance.
• Once your balance passes $50 (US dollars), we pay it within 30 days of the end of that month, by PayPal or another method we agree with you. If your balance is $50 or less it rolls into the next month.
• You're responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for the tax details we need before paying you.

How you promote us

• Be honest. Say you're a Glisten partner and earn a commission when you recommend us (the US FTC expects this).
• Only describe what Glisten really does and its real prices. Don't promise results, discounts or features we don't offer.
• No spam, no buying ads on our name, and no pretending to be us.

Ending

You can leave at any time by emailing us. We can end your partnership at any time, and immediately if you break these terms. Commission you've already earned under these terms is paid once it passes $50; if it doesn't, we pay what's owed when the partnership ends, unless the partnership ended because of fraud or a serious breach.

Changes

We may change these terms. We'll email partners at least 30 days before a change that affects what you earn. Commission already earned stays as it was.
